Did Someone Flip My Switch?

I have been absent from my blog since Thursday. It's as if someone turned off my blogging switch ~ the switch where I feel like I have something to say. Whomever that someone is, they flipped on my "you have a head cold" switch yesterday - arghhh! A head cold is the last thing I want or need right now.
On Thursday, I was offered a different position. I accepted the offer for several reasons: 1) It's in NH, so no state tax; 2) It's in Human Resources; 3) My direct supervisor seems like a very reasonable and friendly person who has her act together.
Timmy and I went to the recreation center today. Mondays are the days when we get to get out of the house and see other people. It was nice for me, but Timmy was sir cranky pants today. One child hurt his feelings, then it was downhill from there. He was fine once we came home. We spent the middle of the day napping - him in his crib and me on the couch. This really wasn't a good idea for me, as my parents are flying in tomorrow and we are having a big party of Saturday. Instead of snoozing away my cold, I should have been cleaning, cleaning, cleaning.
